Bank of America has approved a loan modification for me.
However I have to make 3 trial payments before they will disclose the following
1. The new loan balance
2. The interest rate
3. The new term of the loan, 30,40 years?
4. Balloon payment at the end??
The Government has to step in and regulate these banks.
