Federal law preventing Governors ,States ,or politicians from being able to enact Right to work laws.

Create a Federal law preventing Government officials , presidents,States ,Governors,Congress, and Politicians which should not be able to impose legislation on right to work laws without a vote of the people as the final decision and when the people decide to pass or not pass the legislation their decision is final and cannot be overturned or amended without a vote of the people.
