In some states such as California Hawaii and Texas you do not have the right to open carry and exercise your second amendment. People do not have the right to defend them selves agents people with undocumented fire arms. When a crime is committed police arrive to the scene and the victim is dead and the criminal got away. If everyone had the right to open carry more people would be able to defend them selves with documented fire arms. More criminals would eather be stopped or be scared of the people with open carry. I truly believe that every person in the United States of America with no serious criminal record or background should have the right to defend them selves with a licensed fire arm.
