Law that will remove, prevent, and ban person(s) whom are active members, affiliated with, or provide support to, violent organizations; to include: Criminal street gangs (18 U.S.C. 521, 42 U.S.C. 14062), Transnational Organized Crime, or Terrorist Organizations (18 U.S.C. 2331). Penalty should not include incarceration, but a probation program for up to 10 years for a single conviction, during which the guilty person(s) shall not have any dangerous weapons as defined in 18 U.S.C. 930(g)2, or any other (explosive) device or material (18 U.S.C. 841). Probation fees should not be greater than 3% of the person(s) income. Person shall also be subject to search and monitoring by law enforcement officers, agents of the court, and probation officers for the duration of the probation period.
