This petition is to call on the Federal Government and Congress to pass a law that places an expiration date on all laws Federal, State, and Local. This law would require the Government body (Federal, State, and Local) to look through all their old laws and update them on a basis like every decade or so. If the law is past its expiration date, it should be null and void.
A number of these out of date laws need to dealt with.
