To ensure that the vote of the people and citizens of this United States are heard; we the signers of this petition believe that the electoral vote should reflect that of the citizens of the United States and that no electoral vote should have the power to vote or delegate against the will or vote of its people or citizens. To do otherwise aids in the removal of the individual right of the citizens to vote and to be treated equally under the Constitution of the United States, contributes to inequality among its citizens, and creates a system that is manipulated against the will of its people. We further request that strict regulations and fines be imposed for failing to convey the vote of the citizens in which they represent.
