We the People RESPECTFULLY REQUEST that you would make employers within these United States, to allow, all Native Americans and the African American United States Citizens, the week off for THANKSGIVING AND THE HONORABLE DOCTOR MARTIN LUTHER KING, JUNIOR, OFF , the Friday before and up to the following Monday as a week long Holiday for celebration and memory in bereavement both for freedom and ancestry in their long civil rights struggling.
