Federal Legalization of Marijuana in the United States. Creating a Medical Research Capital in Atlantic City for ALT Med

Atlantic City is failing, animosity between white and black is high, between police and citizens is high, and political elite and citizens is through the roof. We need unity and we are not bringing everyone to the table to fix these social issues. The social issues that are crippling this country and trickling down to failing school systems because of all the money tied up in jail and prison systems. We need action, we are the generation to find the cure, and we are the generation to end cigarette smoking. We can only do this by presenting an alternative for companies like tobacco industry, and pharmaceutical industry. Which both are holding money over seas to avoid taxes. They are focused on the best interest of America. The financial benefits are there. Only if they are on a level field.
