How can something so effective allow states to create laws on substances and, also, allow a federal agency to punish a complying citizen?
Is the federal prohibition of substances unconstitutional?
Amend. 10 gives the states the rights the Constitution doesn't give Congress. Since no right is mentioned, shouldn't the federal keep to laws that are concerning federal affairs [international trade, etc.]?
On legalization and MJ being "environmentally favorable" (benign) - I am a US citizen and a person. Tell me that the current situation is for my own good, and I will say, "legalize it - I am an adult". Tell me it is for the good of others, and I will say, "I can agree on safe terms."
