Any act of desecration, belittling, or disrespect towards an American Flag, including but not limited to, burning, stomping on, intentionally touching or dragging the ground, cutting, tearing, altering, writing on/over, flying another nation's flag over, flying any other flag over, while in United States soil, including territories, shall be a federal crime.
To do so shall be seen as an act of aggression towards the people, veterans of the United States Military, current United States Military members, Federal employees, Congress, and the White House.
