The federal government should set down a standardized psychological evaluation for law enforcement to ensure officers are entering the field for the proper reasons and not entering into law enforcement to have a sense of power that they are of proper moral character not of a nervous nature or prone to discriminate against anyone for any reason such as race gender or sexuality
