federal rule that alows up to 4,200 eagle deaths a year

I think the symbol of our country should be better protected. We still have to many problems with eagles being shot, poisoned, loss of eagle chicks in the first year after birth is very high. I think to allow wind turbines to kill 4,200 eagles by turbines without penalty is a recipe for disaster for the species.
