We the people should have the right to defend ourselves and anyone who may be in harms way. Laws in many states are too restrictive on using lethal force to stop immediate threats. We shouldn't allow the justice system to define what is deemed to be an immediate threat of bodily injury or death. In too many towns and cities across America, police response time is at unacceptable levels, leaving citizens to take the law into their own hands. Prosecution of those protecting their own life and potentially other lives is unjust and un-American. End this now, stand your ground.
