A Federal Task Force to investigate police shootings, OUTSIDE the prosecutors office, with power to prosecute officers.

Created by C.L. on February 29, 2016

The United States is in desperate need of a federal task force which exists OUTSIDE the normal office of prosecution, granted the powers to investigate all police shootings, as well as the power to prosecute officers.

Most prosecutors offices see themselves as a branch of the police force, and work closely with the force. While this system addresses MOST criminal activity, it provides a means where officers can literally get away with murder.

This "loophole", like so many others, is responsible for the destruction of American families, especially in the black community. Until this has been addressed, we continue to uphold a system where the law is itself above the law.
