Federal Tax Reform effecting all elected government representatives to pay a "Fair Share Tax" while U.S. deficit remains

Impose a tax reform on all government elected representatives to pay a "Fair Share Tax" in accordance with the IRS guidelines of pay rates and tax percentages. This reform will remain in effect until the United States of America 's National deficit is zero balance. All members of the U.S. Congress and the Executive office will be required to pay Federal Income tax in accordance with Internal Revenue Service guidelines (as such a U.S. Citizen does) until the National Deficit is of zero balance. Fair Share Tax should be brought into use with an effective date of the beginning of the 2012 fiscal year.
