Create and Enforce a standard voting procedure for all federal elections by establishing a federal Electoral Commission as an independent body. It will regulate and set standards for well-run elections, including:

2. Establish min voting locations required per population.
3. Computerized voting only permitted with paper trail.
4. Create a ballot receipt that allows voters to check online that their vote was counted etc.
5. Establish and maintain training standards for all poll workers.
6. Establish one national standard for voting registration.
