I would like to petition the Obama administration to federalize child support and make it law that whoever recieves child support must account for all the child support recieved so that child support will be used towards a childs health, wellness, and best interests. Also that child support is set to a more managable rate. Say no more than 30% of a responsible parties diposable income.
