Orca whales are highly intelligent creatures that require vast ocean in which to swim. These are large creatures with complicated facial pods. Mothers and their young develop strong bonds and capturing the young or any of their pod disrupts the ecosystem. Not to mention, it is extremely I humane to confine such a large creature in a small space, and it's dangerous for whale handlers to be around them. Please do the right thing and make it federally illegal to capture or confine an orca.
