I am tired of being harassed by the lazy less fortunate on every street corner or red light I come to , looking for spare change. And then when you don't give them money they scream at you and bang on your car. There are plenty of resources out there for them to get their lives together and acquire money the American way. Hard Work. Some of these less fortunate do have legitimate reasons for doing this, but the majority just want the money for Drugs,Booze, and other vices they may have.
I call for a Federal Ban Punishable by the law for any and all Persons caught asking for money or any other services on public or municipal property. Whether by sign,verbally or any other means obvious to a witness of the action.
It's time to clean up the streets one bum at a time.
