Federally declare farmers can legally sell Raw Milk either through direct farm sales or by retail stores.

Every Farmer should be allowed to sell the fruits of their labors. Currently sales of Raw milk in many states is illegal. While the farmer can legally consume Raw Milk himself, he is prevented from being able to sell directly to the public. Milk is the only Farm Product regulated by states to prevent public sales. There are many people that want to buy Raw Milk. Many studies have shown that the consumption of Raw Milk is safe. It should be up to the public to choose to buy or not to buy Raw Milk.
