US Constitution Amendment XXVIII
Medical cannabis is hereby able to be transported properly labeled nationwide without repercussion. Medical use is now unobstructed and legal in public.
The transportation or importation into any State, Territory, or possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of intoxicating cannabis, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.
This amendment hereby allows for federal quantification and taxation. Giving said governing areas legislation authority to police and regulate intoxicative use of cannabis. Taxation will only be sought after only for the greater good of US citizens.
