A petition by we the people, to decriminalize marijuana or any substance containing THC or other related chemicals, in amounts up to and including 2 oz's or 54 grams for personal use. This is not the same as the other petitions for full on tax and legalization similar to alcohol. This is simply a federal decriminalization so that NO state can send people to prison or make criminals out of marijuana smokers. If it was decriminalized on a federal level the DEA and other organizations would not go after marijuana and states would have a lot more control over their own marijuana laws. STOP MAKING MARIJUANA SMOKERS CRIMINALS!
