First purpose would be to change the path of this currently divided nation back to a state formerly known for its human rights and American dream. we have reached the end of another chapter and need to start the next with the experience we have gained.
Second purpose is to bypass unnecessary expenses associated with, drawn out recalls. This is not to eliminate the recall process, but to eliminate the wasted expense associated with a recall motivated by a single disagreement between representative and The People.
Third purpose would be to provide a ending voice of The People that can be understood at any level of government. Not only would this strengthen the understanding of the nation to our leaders but would also enforce the first purpose of this petition.
