While concurrently increasing infrastructure, providing jobs, decreasing dependence on fossil fuels, developing a nodal energy grid, freeing billions in tax revenues, greening the planet, providing small business new contracts, reducing energy costs, and restore confidence in our social programs. With federal buying power, a turn around of 2 years is entirely feasable.
