Federally grant ATV's to be street legal.

Dear Mr. President.
I write this petition on behalf of all the ATV riders that reside in the UNITED STATES today to federally legalize atv’s to be street legal.. There are several counties in several states that currently legalized ATV riders to ride on the public roads. They must adhere to the same regulations as a street legal motorcycle, (state inspection, insurance, owner’s registration.) And follow ALL safety laws as well. The same laws put forth for motorcycle riders. The amount of revenue that would be generated county to county and tax that could be collected from such would vastly contribute to this great nation’s resection. The amount of ATV riders in the UNITED STATES is well into the millions and the amount of money that can be generated for such an act would be endless.
