Federally legalize edible Marijuana goods

All edibles that have marijuana cooked into them in some form should be legalized for anybody over 18. There is no risk of inhaling carcinogens, the Marijuana will only be used for it's medical properties, and it will allow for a whole new market to open up and create tax revenue. Legalizing edibles will call for the legalization of growing or possessing Marijuana, so the government can issue certain ID's or permits to give "qualified" individuals that right, if they're running a business. In states where Marijuana is 100% illegal, only edibles will be allowed in 'dispensaries'. In states like California, edibles can be added to shelves or kept on shelves. In California alone, $150 million have been collected in taxes, this addition will increase that figure.
