Marijuana Is the least damaging of all drugs yet is still on a nationwide ban. Im not saying everyone should be able to smoke it and go to work I believe we should legalize it and tax it 2x to 3x as much as cigarettes because the illegal drug trade is taking away money they government should be able to control partially with the legality of single drug.
I would leave some decisions specific town governments and employers to decide for themselves their tolerance to drugs.
Being so to work at a certain institution you must be drug free or have 5-7 ml in your test rather than a no tolerance policy to be decided on by employers for their jobs
