Legalize the use of marijuana, privately, and recreationally, make sure to tax like 50% tax, if it sells for $10 a "dime" it would be $5 for the government, $5x1,000,000 dimes sold is just $5,000,000. Imagine licenses and what not that would help get us out of $16 trillion debt we are in.
