Enforcing a strict limit on the amount of government support that can be received per applicant through Welfare will decrease overall health care spending and allow a better quality of life for all Americans. This will allow all citizens to further their bloodlines without creating a burden on our society as a whole. This is one of the many ways to reduce the current debt, and will allow the use of freed funds to further education and overall quality of life for us all.
