This is a petition of the people of the United States to decrease the pay for it's congress by 15% and increase the minimum wage to 16.00 per hour. In addition to hold the decreased pay scale of congress for a period of five years. Also to make a minimum of no less than 1.00 per year in the five year period stated above.
