11.3% of all workers in the US shouldn't have a larger power, more job security, and more and better benefits than the other 88.7% of workers in the US. The unions shouldn't be able to force honest, hard-working Americans who need to make a living to provide for their families, pay bills and debts, and pay medical expenses into join the unions in order to get a job and force crippling union dues upon these people.
The Unions also demand CBA's that only benefit the unions while government, taxpayers, and business suffer.
The majority of people aren't in unions and the unions have been steeply declining in numbers since the 50's.
I propose people should have the right to choose whether or not to join unions and those who choose not to join must get equal employment terms as union workers.
