I am a CNA, and millions of us around the United States want a safe CNA to patient ratio. We rarely get it. Patients are not getting the care they need due to being over loaded. All fifty states need to have a safe CNA to patient ratio.
Like: 9:1 days, 9:1, evenings, 9-12:1 nights.
We also are very under paid as well. Some states only pay minimum wage! I'm sorry but having to risk your license is worth more than minimum wage, and worth more than 10.00 an hr also.
