Within the last year a man from Tacoma, Wa shoved his six week old baby daughter in the freezer and just went back to taking a nap. She was left in the freezer for 90 minutes. He had previously assaulted the child before this, she had more injuries.
This is as cruel as it gets. The adult can go outside, walk away, knock on the neighbors door for help, the child can't do much of anything besides cry. There is not a real excuse to hurt a child.
