The government needs to act to help provide better protection for Americans against identity theft. To do so I am encouraging new federal laws that mandate big credit card companies, banks and other financial lending agencies to strictly monitor accounts and lines of credit for fraudulent activity. In addition to stricter monitoring, I am calling for DNA authentication in order to acquire larger personal loans among other large financial purchases.
