If an overweight man can go without a shirt while a woman with smaller breasts than him cannot, that is discrimination, plain and simple. This should not apply only to women with small breasts, but every woman in America. Female breasts only exist to nourish a child that is too young to eat solid food. To say children get damaged by the sight of a female breast is ill-informed.
