Bankers and CEO's of major banks should be prosecuted for violations of federal banking laws just like average Americans. The bankers involved in the HSBC scandal should go to prison. There cannot be a double standard in this country between the rich and middle class or poor. These bankers and CEO's have nearly bankrupted this country and given aid to our enemies. These ungrateful bankers and CEO's ran their banks and companies into the ground and then came crying to the American people for help. When the American people bailed them out they turned around and sued us because they didn't like the interest rate they received. These people all belong in jail. The head of HSBC, Countrywide, Bank of America, AIG, Chase, MERS all belong in a federal prison.
