The Santa Ana California police conducted an illegal raid against the Sky High medical marijuana dispensary in June of 2015. The Santa Ana police department's activities in this situation are blatantly illegal and the standard local processes do not allow for proper prosecution of these activities. This police department should be federally prosecuted for this illegal search and seizure.
