Please find that all red light cameras are fedarally unconstitutional under many sections of the existing documentation. Legal interpretation of guilt under various circumstances cannot be challenged. The accuser is a camera that has no filters as to environmental conditions, panoramic views, or other circumstances beyond the drivers control. The owner of the vehicle is penalized wether he was driving or not and unjustly fined by a non-municipal or government agency who is a strictly profit seeking company. It is ABUNDANTLY clear that these cameras are in no way installed to improve safety, but to GENERATE REVENUE- thereby creating an illegal hidden tax to the public. Please review the legality of the red light camera, and ban their use.
