Federally regulate and limit highway LED billboards and ban them in all city, suburban and other residential areas.

Created by S.T. on June 25, 2013

Local politicians and municipalities are putting profits over safety, health and quality of life of citizens. The lure of money from large billboard companies is persuading them to increase billboard blight in our cities and communities without informing citizens, and without slightest concern of health, safety and other issues.

It is bad enough that billboards fill our highways, but are going up exponentially more in city neighborhoods.

Not only are LED and other billboards a visual blight, they also endanger health and safety, despite false opposite claims of the billboard industry. A few corporations profit while millions of people are disturbed and harmed.

People are more important than billboards. We are helpless with local politicians. Federal laws and regulations are needed.
