The federal government should allow all young Americans the option of attaining a degree from a university at no cost to themselves. This would give millions of Americans a real chance to improve themselves without having to take out thousands of dollars in often predatory student loans.
This petition would help the most at-risk people improve their lives and attain the elusive American Dream.
