Feed The Poor Once More

In many cities It has became illegal to feed the poor.Any human has the right to help his fellow man.This is blatant disregard for our Constitutional rights. It is an American's duty to feed and clothe the poor and under-privileged. We should be working towards bringing these people off the streets and help them get the help they need to rise above their current predicaments. We need to be setting an example for the rest of the country. No one in this country should ever be hungry or die from lack of medical treatment or live in poverty.
