I am a convicted felon and trying to find employment is difficult! Background check's are necessary, however if the person convicted of a felony wasn't associated with the job applied for, shouldn't we have a right to work! Is it not double jeopardy to sentence someone to jail, fines and parole/probation only to have society crucify them again. Suppose a 3rd party application system evaluated each application and approved or disapproved the application based on the conviction's. There are close to 50 million convicted felon's in the United State's, 20% of the population. We have a voice and truthfully one of the largest minorities the U.S is discriminating against. I'm not asking for gun right's but for Civil Right's and fair treatment of all living soul's in the U.S.A
