Felons/Parolees need to have more opportunities presented when obtaining jobs especially in Texas. Tax credits need to be implemented to hire these offenders so they don't re-offend. Decent wages need to be offered so they are able to take care of themselves AND their families. This is so they or their families do not have to look to the government/tax payers to assist them with government funded programs or limit the use thereof.
