The felony murder rule law needs to be corrected. The rule destroys too many innocent people.

Created by L.B. on July 18, 2015

The felony murder rule law allows innocent people to be charged and sentenced for murder even if they weren't at the scene of the murder or didn't have any knowledge that a murder happened based on a conspiracy theory. The bibles says if a man take a life he shall be punished. This law punishes people for the murder if they planned a crime and a murder happens in the process of the crime by someone, not them. This is unjust, in that we can only be responsible for what we do with our on hands. If we saw someone getting ready to murder someone during a crime and tried to stop them but couldn't why should that person be charged they tried to stop it. They can't control another person mind, therefore everyone should be charged based on what they did and not what they planned.
