FEMA Maps are incorrect mathematically & scientifically.USA citizens are paying billions in premiuns for the benefit of Insurance companies. Fema Law allows that after the construction of Dams as in the case of a community in Ponce, P. R., 2 dams were finished by 2013, the city is no more a risk, they are paying millions in unjust premiuns. FEMA Increase the flooding areas by using a 1% their maps.Please amend the law and order FEMA to revised all maps immediatelyplease.
