Female rights

In India the process of divorce gets so lingered on that the petitioner like me suffers a lot. I have filed a divorce case for more than a year but nothing is been done Wat I get is next date. Neither me nor my minor son is given any kind of maintenance. He was an alcoholic drug abuser and tortured me and my son physically and mentally after 12 years I raised the voice against this but no use. Justice is delayed to such an extent that life will end but case will be pending. Also there is an annexure G in passport office to apply for single parent. My son passport expired and my husband doesn't sign it. The passport officers denying saying that when divorce is decided then only he will renew my son passport. Women were never given justice and even now she is suffering a lot. chnge laws
