The Ferguson Law of 2014 mandates that local, state, and federal officials in law enforcement be subject to due process defined as "probation, suspension, and/or termination" when evidence is presented suggestive of the official being the perpetrator or instigator against unarmed civilians.
This law mandates that follpwing:
1. Immediate seizing of property utilized to reinforce the law including but not limited to the uniform, identification badge, and firearm of the officer.
2. Immediate suspension without pay.
3. Due process and a full investigation to be conducted by local and state officials including the Federal Bureau of Investigation
4. If deemed guilty, the official is to be pursued and charged to the fullest extent of the law consistent with local and state statues
