First and foremost, for me, the state of California is considered as hostitable and equitable, SCA-5 totally subvert my view of California.
Also, I prefer to believe the oppurtunity for every students should be same, even some of Asian students really do better in some cases, they should not be considred to do some more work. Vice versa, they should also have the same chance to get education.
