Upon Birth of a Child the Father has NO LEGAL RIGHTS to the Child at all. At anytime the Mother can refuse visitation until some type of agreement is established in Court. This is very unfair for many men trying to be a part of their childrens lives. As long as the biological father is not a threat to child there is no reason to deny visitation! Lets change this law...spread the word..lets start rebuilding our families!
