Americans are suffering from a silent killer, meant to degrade and destroy "targets" without ever giving the accused a chance to speak. 24/7 day and night, citizens are harassed, threatened and exposed to electronic frequencies meant to deprive them of sleep. This is organized, psychological & technological bullying, by law enforcement that seeks to undermine & sidestep Miranda v. Arizona. Once the "target" is cut off from their friends, family and jobs, and made to look unstable, they are institutionalized, incarcerated or eventually succumb to suicide as a way out. Some end up dying of natural causes, like car accidents or heart attacks from the stress & trying to find a place to sleep and get away from the constant threats- whether or not they are ever tried nor convicted.
